Gypsy Trailer
This design is an update of the gypsy wagon form. It can be modified to accommodate both a mobile tiny house trailer setup or as a small cabin on a traditional foundation. Two decks and a window wall help to expand the compact living space into the surrounding landscape. The sleeping loft features paired skylights to catch glimpses of the moon and to allow summer breezes to flow through the cabin. The bathroom features an all-in-one layout to maximize space. A couch nook and bookshelf wall allow for a combo of coziness and practicality.
The plan is net-zero capable and has been modeled in IECC climate zone 7. Site specific energy calculations are available.
